In 9th district 38.8% of the population is White.
In 9th district 37% of the population is Black or African American.
In 9th district most of remaining population is Hispanic.
Does the above info tell us why they elected Al Green? People who live in S Houston and Missouri City are his voters. 23% graduated from college.
This particular district has historically voted DEM, why? Yep, voter fraud.

Here's the main problem with Al Green . . . Recently, he blamed the Texas energy crises on it's fossil fuel based power grid and how green energy wouldn't have let that happen. Here's a very detailed overview from Dan Crenshaw.
But here's the rub . . . Question? Did Joe Biden allow China access to the U.S. power grid when he signed the Keystone Pipeline Executive Order, and by doing so somehow allow China to hack the U.S. power grid and cause the blackouts that Texas has suffered over the last week. What if Texas’ power grid is operated and maintained by Texas, and not part of the two major federally-controlled power grids that service every other state in the country? Could China somehow horribly jimmy the Texas controlled power grid? These questions bother me, what about you?
