Members of Congress can't be impeached - what about Censure and reprimand?
So, Tlaib, and Pressley support for Antifa terrorists must be handled differently - they may be removed from office. A member of the United States House of Representatives may be removed from office using two different methods. The first involves informing the House of Representatives of the member's ethics violations and letting the House proceed with ethics hearings. The second is instigating a recall election. Both methods are long, difficult processes. Expulsion is a third option. The House or Senate can expel a member if there is the support to do so by at least two-thirds of the members. Censure and reprimand are also options. Tlaib, and Pressley have no 2020 contenders, so expulsion is done in cases of disloyalty, abuse of power, and “disorderly Behavior,” normally. We should do this prior to election, right? Why did Gamrat get expelled - what about Al Green?
